We are glad to introduce this site, which will satisfy a long-felt need for such a work. Sri Rangammal is the very personification of justice, love and beauty. She is the personification of all the blessed qualities that man can ever concur of. The prayers of the devotees readily please her.

This Memorial is a sanctified place because it is here she - Sri Rangammal plunged into the fire to prove her purity, sanctity and the godliness of her femininity. This came to be later a glorified sanatorium for those devotees who come with unfulfilled wishes in their life and therein fall in to the merciful hands of the deity.

The statues were supposed to have been sculpted out of one single stone with no gap. The memorial is still unaltered and even the priest who performs the poojas has to bend down to reach the image

•   Before reaching the Sri Rangammal memorial, we have other important places of worship.The first God we come across is Lord Vinayaga. Devotees perform poojas here.
•   No undertaking, whether sacred or secular, can get started without first honoring and worshipping him.
